Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with our Terms + Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise, then these need to be reported to us immediately so that we can investigate. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products (mostly handmade or made to order items) we do not accept returns or exchanges if you have simply changed your mind. We advise that you contact us if you are interested in an item and would like further information if you are unsure before purchasing. Our aim is to ensure we accommodate and do our best to make our customers happy where we can.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

 At VESY we pride on offering our customers unique pieces that are mostly handmade. Handmade items have characteristics that set them apart. These variances are not deemed as faults or flaws but should be embraced as a point of difference, something we value greatly.

NO REFUND FOR ITEMS ON SALE

All sales items or discounted items are final unless an item is proven to be damaged or faulty.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

We take care to pack your products carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 24hrs of receiving them.

To request a refund due to the above, please contact us via info@vesy.com.au and provide your order number, a photograph of the product and details of the damage for assessment.
