Delivery Information

All orders are sent requiring a signature upon delivery.  If you are not present then the driver will leave a card with details of how to collect your delivery OR we recommend sending your order to a work address. If you are providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company.

If you request a parcel be left unattended, you do so at your own risk.

VESY is not liable for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address you wish to receive your order, in failing to do so results in the delay of your item (s) and may incur an additional fee.

Once a parcel has been delivered to your delivery address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.

DELIVERY COSTS

  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders over $150*. Delivery is free for all VESY customers within Australia, when spending $150 or more in one transaction*. This does not include Bulky Items or does not apply to International Orders*.
  • Flat rate shipping fee (nationwide) of $9.95 for any orders below $99.99.
  • Flat rate shipping fee (nationwide) of $14.95 for any orders $100.00 - $149.99
  • VESY reserves the right to request extra freight contributions for remote/rural areas.

BULKY ITEMS

If your order is considered bulky, the price will be reflected at the checkout page. If your order value is $200 and above and the free shipping option has not been applied, this means your order is considered bulky and shipping charges apply.

Express Shipping

If you require express shipping, please contact info@vesy.com.au and we will advise you of estimated delivery time and additional costs.

International Shipping

International shipping is available worldwide.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery Zones + Time Frame

  • Zone 1 - New Zealand: 10-16 working days
  • Zone 2, 3 & 4 - Asia + Pacific, North America + Western Europe: 10-28 working days
  • Zone 5 - Rest of the world: 14-30 working days

Due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, overseas transit times may be delayed.

Customs + Taxes

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. 

 

Production + Lead Time Orders

Production and lead times are stated there where a product has these conditions on our site. In some instances, the times specified may be delayed which is out of our control and our suppliers control. We do our very best to ensure we get the items delivered to you as soon as possible. However, if delays do occur, you will be notified and kept up-to-date. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, liabilities, charges that may incur from late delivery.

If you place an order that contains a production + lead time along with  item (s) that are in stock we advise you place the orders separate if you wish to receive the item that is in stock beforehand. If you don’t mind to wait to receive all items at once, placing them in one transaction is the way to go.

We work closely with all artisans and suppliers to ensure the most efficient and speediest delivery possible.

Delivery Times​

Please allow 1-3 days for expected dispatch of items that are in stock.

Delivery time is determined by location. The following is a guide to estimated shipping times in Australia as determined by Australia Post and Sendle (100% carbon-neutral delivery):

  • Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 1-5 days
  • Adelaide, Darwin and Perth: 5-10 days
  • Tasmania: 5-10 days
  • Regional centres: 5-10 days
  • Remote locations: 5-10 days

At times, VESY may choose to use another shipping provider at our discretion.

Delivery Tracking 

Once you have placed an order with VESY you will receive your tracking number and information via the e-mail address you provided once the parcel has been dispatched.

If you do not receive tracking information for your order, contact info@vesy.com.au and we will investigate further.

If you have received your tracking number but the parcel has not yet been delivered (within the estimated time-frame) please visit Sendle or Australia Post to input your tracking number (the details of the provider and tracking number are found within your shipping confirmation e-mail) and at anytime you may track the progress of your order. If the matter is not resolved through the shipping company, please contact us for further assistance.
